Jenang Kudus is one of traditional food from Kudus Regency that made from
glutinous rice flour, coconut milk and java sugar. Even though it has made from various flavor now such as durian, ginger, sesame, milk, strawberry, etc. However, Jenang Kudus
retaining the authenticity of brown color with java sugar.
This traditional food is made and processed traditionally by a lot of peoples or about 10 until 15 peoples together. There are sections that peel and grate coconut, and make coconut milk. There is a charge of
